Importance of health and fitness was
emphasized with the help of a skit wherein a small kid who, like kids these
days ,loves to eat junk food, hardly does any physical activity and spends too
much time watching T.v and electronic playing games ,falls ill. When the doctor
monitors him, he points out all these bad and unhealthy practices which need to
be discontinued. The doctor also provided some tips for a healthy mind and body
which we all need to practice everyday.
Physical activity will not only help
today’s children by preventing them from becoming obese or helping them to lose
weight if necessary, it will also teach them healthy habits that can last a
lifetime. Here are some top reasons why kids should get plenty of exercise:
